RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
We allow our customers to return purchased products within 14 days from the delivery date. However any products that are damaged or non functional needs to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery via our Contact us page. We are not able to accept any returns and replacement after 14 days of delivery date. Customer needs to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) from us before returning any products. Any products send back to us without an RMA may be shipped back to customer. Customer pays for the shipping and handling charges to get back the products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). There will be a 20% restocking fee charged to the customer for the following situations. Customer also pays shipping charges both ways.
- Any item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Item is in original condition, but customer wants to return the item not due to our error. (Customer ordered wrong item, changed mind etc.)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if approved by us)
Shipping Charges:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If customer provides an incorrect shipping address that is not in USPS database, customer will be charged the actual shipping cost for the order, not the shipping cost customer paid. If a re-delivery is needed, customer will be paying this shipping cost. Also, if customer demands a refund because the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package, customer will be charged this shipping cost as well.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment within a few days. Sometimes the third party payment processor (i.e. PayPal) may take little longer then usual for some cases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our Contact us page.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning items to us, you may consider using a traceable shipping service and / or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
